OPERATION:
A thermal conductivity detector (TCD) gas analyzer measures gas concentration by measuring the changing thermal gas conductivity with respect to changing impurity concentrations.
SPECIFICATIONS:
· Sensitivity: Equivalent to 2% air in helium
· Accuracy: 0.8% full scale air in He
· Response time <30 s for most applications
· Operating Temperature Range: ambient (without temp. control option) ambient - 100ºC
FEATURES:
·Helium Purity Meter - remote controlled valve option.
·Provides a remote controlled (motorized) valve to switch between the sample gas and reference gas.
·Useful for automating the readings when the high purity requires that comparison with a reference gas is required.
·Helium Purity Meter - gas chromatography separation column option.
·Allows measurement of the relative concentration of oxygen and nitrogen in the contaminants.
